No Show Policy

Bookings require your card to be on file with Fresha.  If your booking is not confirmed 12 hours before the appointment, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment; otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation.

You will be charged 100% of the service price for not showing up.
